? CPE is "Customer Premises Equipment" and describes technical equipment needed for TV reception.


Set-Top-Box/receiver
? When receiver or set-top-box power is entered manually, energy consumption in standby mode is not included.

Resolution
? Resolution is required for data rate calculation. You can also manually enter an average data rate value. Currently, this parameter is only relevant for IPTV as the other transmission calculation methods do not depend on data rates.

TV set
? Please enter your TV screen size (length of screen diagonal) or, for more accurate results, average power consumption while on.
SDR/HDR
? SDR = Standard Dynamic Range; HDR = High Dynamic Range
Panel technology
? LED panels are the most common type of TV panels. Quantum dot LED (QLED) and Organic LED (OLED) displays promise several enhancements in image quality and colour representation, but are generally more expensive than LED TVs.

? Renewable energy emissions factor: 27.88 g/kWh.
